Augustine Amewugah

Augustine Amewugah brings a well-rounded and analytical approach to legal practice, with work spanning advisory and litigation matters across several key areas of law.

He was called to the Ghana Bar in December 2020, having obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and successfully completed the Qualifying Certificate in Law at the Ghana School of Law.

Augustine advises and represents a diverse client base on matters involving corporate and commercial transactions, banking and finance, immovable property, administrative law, employment and labour relations, debt recovery, family law, chieftaincy matters, human rights, and criminal law. His practice is underpinned by significant exposure to both civil and criminal litigation, and he regularly represents clients before the courts and other adjudicatory bodies.
